Domaine Les Astrelles

Domaine Les Astrelles was founded in 2019 at the initiative of Jean-Marie Chapier, a physician by training. Together with his wife, Isabelle, they settled in Gevrey-Chambertin and took over 11.7 hectares of vineyards, to which were added a few plots sourced by purchasing grapes. As Julien Millet, the estate manager, puts it: "Our approach is to highlight each lieu-dit, each terroir." Thus, 39 cuvées are vinified in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, Côte de Nuits, and Côte de Beaune.
