Stylistically, this is the complete opposite of the "heavy," over-extracted wines of the Mâconnais. With Litaud, it's all about purity, finesse, and elegance. The wine has a well-structured and bright palate. The acidity is fresh. The texture is enveloping, yet the wine remains slender and vertical. The finish is dry, mineral, with a piquant salinity that invites another sip.
