On the nose, yellow fruits (pear, quince, mirabelle plum), lemon tones, citrus notes (zest, oil), and a true symphony of flowers: white flowers, honeysuckle, jasmine, acacia, orange blossom. Complemented by the saltiness of a sea breeze and light hints of toast and almond. A creamy texture with immense concentration, yet not heavy. The refreshing acidity and energetic, chalky minerality make the finish long, "flowing," and with a bright saline aftertaste. On the palate, nuances of white pepper and mint are perceptible.
