The bouquet is very complex, well‑defined, and elegant. It interweaves blackberry, raspberry, ripe black plums, black cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry, violet, spring flowers, notes of forest floor, mint, orange zest, star anise, clove, sage, licorice, tobacco, and cinnamon. The palate demonstrates refined structure and elegance. Fleshy and layered, with silky, well‑integrated tannins and a creamy texture. The acidity is lively, lending the wine elegance and brightness. The wine displays excellent balance. A sweet core of fruit, with notes of black cherry, plum, spices, new leather, licorice, and menthol. The flavour is complemented by nuances of graphite, cocoa powder, liquorice, and a hint of Japanese nori seaweed on the finish. The finish is long and persistent, with a mineral echo, saline and spicy nuances.
