Tyrrell's Wines
Tyrrell’s Wines is a legendary Australian winery that is rightfully considered one of the largest and most influential wine producers in the country. Its history began in 1858, when Edward Tyrrell founded the company in the picturesque Hunter Valley. Today, the company is led by Bruce Tyrrell, a representative of the fourth generation of the renowned winemaking dynasty, who has been heading the enterprise since 1994. The company owns vast vineyards with a total area of 500 hectares, spread across the most prestigious wine regions of Australia: Hunter Valley, McLaren Valley, Hitchcote, and Limestone Coast. The Tyrrell’s Wines portfolio represents a collection of unique wine lines, each with its own character and personality, while consistently maintaining the highest quality. The company’s magnificent wines captivate with their rich and multifaceted taste, and their success is based on three key principles: following modern winemaking trends, skillful blending of different grape varieties, and a deep understanding of the nature of the beverage. The annual production volume reaches 10.2 million bottles, with 30% of this amount being exported to more than 30 countries worldwide. Tyrrell’s wines regularly receive prestigious awards at international competitions, and in 1995 the company was awarded the honorary title of «Winery of the Year» in Australia.
