STN Winery

There is a well-known winery in Sevastopol that received its name in 2021. It was founded by wine enthusiasts from Saint Petersburg — Natalia Stepanenko (whose name is reflected in the winery's name) and Andrey Dolinger, a sommelier and aspiring winemaker. We are négociants, working with purchased grapes, primarily of French varieties. Our mission is to create charismatic and vibrant wines that express their uniqueness in the glass and leave a lasting impression. In our production, we use natural wild yeasts, avoid adding chemicals, and dream of completely eliminating sulfites from our products. Our goal is not just to produce high-quality wine according to standards but to demonstrate that greatness can be achieved not only by Europeans. We believe that Sevastopol is the place where this can become a reality. The first vines were planted in 2025.
