Satera Kacha Valley

The «Satera» winery company was founded in 2001 and today is one of the leading wine producers in Crimea. The company’s history began with Igor Samsonov, who, having extensive experience in the distribution of alcoholic beverages, decided to change the negative perception of Crimean wine as an inexpensive and low-quality product. In 2000, Samsonov leased an abandoned winery in the Bakhchisaray region. After a large-scale reconstruction and installation of modern equipment, three years later he became the rightful owner of the enterprise. The name «Satera» originates from the words «sat» (rich) and «tera» (land), reflecting the company’s philosophy. Today, the enterprise produces approximately 3.6 million bottles of wine annually. The company adheres to high production standards.
