Regny & Pidansat

Regny & Pidansat is a young and independent Champagne House located in the Côte des Bars region of southern Champagne. The house was founded in 2009 by Frédéric Pidansat and Jérôme Regny, third-generation виноградари (winegrowers). The partners own 10 hectares of vineyards situated on soils similar to those found in Chablis, with a strong focus on Pinot Noir. The young Champagne makers adhere to sustainable development principles. They use neutral vessels for vinification, age their wines in a 17th-century cellar, and perform manual dégorgement for every bottle. This approach combines traditional methods with a modern vision, creating unique expressions of the terroir in their Champagnes.
