Pierre Paillard
The diversity of talented winemakers in Champagne, creating exceptional wines, is truly astonishing, and Champagne Pierre Paillard is a prime example of this. Their unique style captivates with complexity, refinement, and elegance, revealing the full depth of the character of Grand Cru Bouzy. The history of the Paillard family dates back to 1768. Bouzy, located in the heart of the prestigious Montagne de Reims terroir, is renowned for its superb Pinot Noir wines. Over eight generations, the family has not only passed down the land but also carefully preserved accumulated knowledge and experience. Today, the business is continued by brothers Antoine and Quentin Paillard, who, following family traditions, show special respect for the land and the vine. Their commitment to quality allows them to fully reveal the magnificence and subtlety of the Bouzy terroir. The estate manages 11 hectares distributed among 30 vineyards. 60% of the area is dedicated to Pinot Noir, and 40% to Chardonnay. Part of the harvest is used for the production of unique dry wines. For two decades now, the estate has adhered to organic viticulture, having abandoned chemical fertilizers.
