Muchada-Leclapart
Muchada-Leclapart represents an exceptional collaboration between two distinguished winemakers — David Leclapart, celebrated for his Champagne production in France, and Alejandro Muchada, a gifted winemaker hailing from Cádiz. Their estate is situated within the historic Marco de Jerez region, which stretches along Andalusia’s stunning Atlantic coastline. Their approach integrates David’s profound expertise in biodynamic agriculture with the sophisticated heritage of French winemaking traditions. The partners have meticulously revived three hectares of heritage vineyards, cultivating the distinctive Palomino Fino and Moscatel de Chipiona varieties through mass selection techniques. The estate’s winemaking philosophy emphasizes minimal interference with nature’s course. They maintain rigorous ecological practices, including sulfur usage at just 10% of conventional levels, abstention from artificial yeasts and acids, retention of natural sediments, and unfiltered bottling procedures.
