Montes
Montes is one of the leading wineries in Chile, whose history began in 1987. The founders of the company, experienced winemakers Aurelio Montes and Douglas Murray, joined forces to create world-class wines. In 1988, Alfredo Vidaurre and Pedro Grand joined the founders. Today, the winery owns extensive vineyards not only in the historic Colchagua Valley, but also in other prestigious regions of Chile: Aconcagua, Curicó, Itata and Maule. This allows them to produce wines of various styles and price categories. Montes actively implements the principles of sustainable development: it uses solar energy, applies organic farming methods and supports biodiversity. The winery exports its products to more than 100 countries, confirming its status as one of the leaders in Chilean winemaking.
