Collery
Champagne House Collery embodies the true essence of the Champagne region, paying homage to the outstanding terroir of Aÿ and other communes of Grand Vallée. The unique soils, rich in clay and chalk, ensure exceptional quality of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, achieving remarkable maturity and expressiveness. This approach results in multifaceted wines with a rich aromatic palette and distinctive «vinousness». The House’s philosophy is based on several key principles: working with grand cru vineyards, skillful creation of assemblages, using significant volumes of reserve wines, extended lees aging. The winery is located in the commune of Dizy and owns 7 hectares of vineyards. In 2014, under the leadership of Roméo Lévec and Julien Lefebvre (cellar master), Champagne House Collery presented a renewed vision of its style and values, emphasizing commitment to tradition and innovation.
