Jean-Charles Fagot

Jean-Charles Fagot is a winemaker, musician and restaurateur. The Fagot family has lived in the small village of Corpo, near Chassagne-Montrachet, since 1860. Jean-Charles is the fifth generation of Fagots in the area. While studying at the wine school in Beaune, Jean-Charles devoted a lot of time to music: he played the drums, studied vocals at the Macon Conservatory, managed to record a music album in Los Angeles and even launched a television show. In the mid-1990s, he returned to Corpo and began to manage the family business, and in 1998 he even opened his own restaurant, Auberge de Vieux Vigneron.
