Frederic Savart

The family estate was founded in 1947 by the current owner's grandfather. Since 2005, it has been managed by Frédéric. The house's philosophy is "The best wines come from the best grapes," which is why great emphasis is placed on vineyard work. The wines are produced with minimal intervention to fully express their terroir characteristics: no dosage, riddling, or filtration are used. Savar is known as a terroir laboratory and creator of unique cuvées. Frédéric Savar, a hereditary winemaker and passionate advocate of natural wines, is considered a rising star in Champagne. His wines embody harmony with nature, meticulous vineyard work, and elegant, silky expressions based on Pinot Noir with a small addition of Chardonnay, distinguished by their finesse and elegance. The annual production is around 40,000 bottles, with a quota of 300 bottles per year.
