Sergio Molino is a name in the world of winemaking known far beyond Piedmont, yet he deliberately and modestly stays in the shadows. He is not just a winemaker, but a highly respected consulting oenologist (advising more than 30 wineries worldwide) and the meticulous owner of his own micro-winery, creating true masterpieces from the Nebbiolo grape. Being a brilliant but very humble and non‑public person, Sergio prefers that his wines speak for themselves, while he himself is known only to close colleagues and true connoisseurs. Sergio Molino is a world‑renowned consulting winemaker for over 30 wineries around the globe. His experience and passion for winemaking have made him a key figure in Piedmont, where he has helped numerous estates produce high‑quality wines. Despite his successful consulting career, Sergio decided to revive the family vineyard and start producing wine under his own label. This is how the E. Molino project was born – a tribute to his father, Ernesto Molino, who planted Nebbiolo vines on the Bricco Rocca vineyard in 1951.
