Domaine Rostaing

Domaine La Bastide Saint Dominique is a prime example of a successful winery development in the Southern Rhône. The domain’s history began in 1976, and just four years later, the first wine was released. The estate is owned by the Bonnet family, renowned as one of the respected négociants in the Rhône Valley. A special place in the lineup is occupied by the red wine La Bastide Saint Dominique Secrets de Pignan Chateauneuf-du-Pape AOC 2020. It is crafted from Grenache grapes from centenary vines growing in one of the finest terroirs near Rayas. Since 1999, the domain has been managed by the founders’ son, Éric Bonnet, who successfully combines traditional methods with modern winemaking technologies. The estate has held an organic farming certification since 2014.
