Domaine Pascati
Domaine Pascati is located in Ramatuelle, near Saint-Tropez, in one of the most beautiful areas of the French Riviera. The vineyards offer a view of Pampelonne Bay. The estate spans 140 hectares, including vineyards, agricultural land, and forest areas. The vineyards are planted with Grenache Noir and Syrah. The property is crossed by the Pascati stream, which gave the estate its name. The domaine has been in existence since 1940. A new chapter in the history of Domaine Pascati began in 2012 with a change of ownership. Some vineyard plots were replanted. Today, the estate produces wines from its own grapes, which have quickly gained respect and popularity among customers. Since 2016, the principles of agriculture biologique (organic farming) have been implemented, focusing on preserving natural resources, avoiding chemicals, and protecting biodiversity.
