Domaine Yves Boyer-Martenot

Domaine Yves Boyer-Martenot is a family winery located in Meursault, currently headed by Vincent Boyer, the fourth generation of the family. The winery has 10 hectares of vineyards scattered across various plots in the Côte de Beaune (Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Auxey-Duresses, and Pommard). Between 1997 and 2007, the domaine expanded significantly, which is why the number of appellations has grown. Vincent Boyer is a winemaker dedicated to his craft. He believes that the success of a wine depends on the health of the vines and the characteristics of the soil, so he treats them with special care and respect. In his work, he adheres to traditional methods with a focus on organic practices. Using simple techniques and minimal intervention allows the wines to develop naturally.
