Domaine Lipko

Domaine Lipko is a family winery established in 2017 by the talented winemaker Alexey Lipko and his son Ivan. Their main ambition is to create exceptional terroir-driven wines with a unique character. The location selection for the vineyards was made with utmost care. The first plot was planted in the picturesque valley of the Chernaya River, where a gentle southwest-facing slope is formed by ancient Jurassic and Cretaceous limestones. This location provides an amazing variety of microclimates and soil structures, opening up vast opportunities for experimenting with different grape varieties and wine styles. Vineyard ownership is the pride of the estate. Domaine Lipko manages 40 hectares of young vineyards near the village of Khmelnitskoye, as well as a unique 8-hectare plot with ancient vines of Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, ranging in age from 35 to 40 years. The winemaking philosophy is based on a deep understanding of the terroir. The winemakers believe that true great wine can only be born where the grape variety is in complete harmony with the environment. Their mission is to explore every centimeter of the vineyard, study soil characteristics, and select the varieties that maximize the potential of this terroir. The goal of the winemakers is to create world-class wines. They strive to produce vibrant, modern beverages with crystal-clear flavor and expressive character. Their wines show excellent performance at a young age while possessing significant potential for long-term aging and development in the bottle. The production approach is rooted in the classical traditions of global winemaking.
