Dalla Valle Vineyards

Dalla Valle Vineyards is rightfully regarded as one of the most prestigious family wineries in Napa Valley. The estate’s history began in 1986 when Naoko and her late husband Gustav Dalla Valle established vineyards on the renowned eastern slopes of Oakville. This location quickly gained a reputation as one of the most distinguished wine regions in the world, with its wines — characterized by exceptional complexity and character — receiving top ratings from experts vintage after vintage. Currently, the winery is managed by Naoko and her daughter Mai Dalla Valle, who lead an outstanding team of professionals. United by a common goal — to ensure the prosperity of Dalla Valle for future generations — team members pay meticulous attention to every aspect of viticulture and winemaking. The winery adheres to sustainable development principles focused on long-term prospects. Since 2007, the vineyards have been cultivated using organic methods and are certified by CCOF. Starting in 2019, the estate transitioned to biodynamic farming. This approach has earned Dalla Valle’s vineyards recognition as some of the best in the world for producing Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc varieties.
