Benoit Girardan

Benoît Girardin is one of the bright young stars of Burgundy, whose ancestors have been involved in winemaking for generations. After studying in Beaune and Bordeaux, Benoît spent nine years gaining experience at the family estate in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil. In 2020, he inherited 8 hectares of vineyards from his father and established his own unique style under the name Benoît Girardin. The family vines range in age from 20 to 60 years, and the vineyards are located in the finest communes of Côte de Beaune: Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Mersault, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Pommard, including Premier Cru sites. Each of Benoît's wines is imbued with a youthful vigor, energy, complexity, and depth.
