The tannins are well‑integrated, vibrant and pure, like the very essence of the grape. A core of red fruit runs through the entire taste, with notes of leather, truffle, and dark chocolate. The finish is long, persistent, with nuances of tartrone (the sour‑tart flavour of wild apples and cherries) and delicate, slate‑driven minerality.
