An exquisite, complex, and highly elegant bouquet dominated by floral and fruity notes: lilac, violet, verbena, lavender, rose, chamomile, wild fennel, pear, white and yellow peach, quince, pineapple, lemon, grapefruit, orange, zest, flint, slate, iodized notes, light spice, hints of smoke, honey, and vanilla. The wine is medium‑bodied, with a creamy and silky texture. It is simultaneously dense and elegant, with an excellent balance between richness and acidity. The acidity is lively and taut, lending the wine freshness, elegance, and energy ("nervosity"). The palate is filled with juicy notes of pear, quince, lemon, lime, grapefruit, and pineapple, framed by mineral salinity, a slight bitterness, and spicy nuances.
